At Alpentherme, we have the perfect setting: a lake, experienced instructors and a clearly structured programme. The result? Less stress, greater focus – and a feeling you’ll keep coming back for!
Why ice bathing?

- Reduce stress: breathing techniques and cold give serenity and inner peace.
- Promote health: Ice bathing strengthens you the immune system, stimulates blood circulation and supports regeneration.
- Sleep better: exercise outdoors and the cold promotes a restful sleep.
- Increase fat burning: activate metabolism and reduce fat deposits.
- More energy: Sharpen your concentration through conscious breathing and cold stimuli.
